Steps
1: Group Materials |
Spread out all of your brooches, pins, flowers, etc. and group them to reflect your own personal design aesthetic. |
2: Attach Wire to Brooches |
Now that you have a basic idea for the structure, it’s time to turn your brooches into “flowers”. To make it easier to position take your floral wire and wrap them around each brooch to create a stem. One wire should suffice for small brooches. For larger brooches use 2 or 3 wires. |
3: Assemble Bouquet |
Begin placing the brooches and pins inside of the bouquet holder. Add flowers throughout the entire arrangement to complete the look. Flip the bouquet up and down to make sure the proportions are correct. Use glue and tape to ensure that all the brooches, pins, and flowers are secure. |
4: Ribbon Handle |
Take your ribbon and begin wrapping it around your handle. To keep your ribbon in place you may need to pin it down. Once you finish the base, you can start decorating the handle with more pins and/or a brooch. |
